This happened almost totally by accident (although I'm sure I would have eventually gotten around to it.. Ha!). *^^* I received a navy skirt, expecting a light blue checker pattern for Yukino Miyazawa, so it was something of an accident. *^^* The shirt was made out of white cotton broadcloth, with an excellent matching poly fabric for the sailor collar, accented with with bias tape. Ah, but I love this uniform.
