When my friend and usual photographer Laura (of Digital Dreams) suggested that we do Deedlit and Pirotess costumes LAST season, I absolutely jumped to the call.  Lodoss was - like many of us - one of my first experiences with anime.  Ah, good old SciFi channel Saturday mornings.  And you know... I know I've done two, but hell, might as well get the most out of those wigs and ears. XD

This costume will debut at Anime Central 2008.

The Neo-Victorian sensibilities of the steampunk genre are becoming increasingly popular, and I'm going to just hop on that airship (not wagon... whyever a WAGON?) with the rest of the crowd.

I have a fine plot for the costume laid out, and I even picked a name (because I guess you're supposed to... and it's cute.  Shut up, I used to play SCA. =p).  The theme of the costume will be locks and keys, of which I have several pounds already.  If you know any French, you'll get the joke.  This will have a real corset, the first I've made (all the rest have had plastic boning and don't really count ^^;), and perhaps a bit of a bustle.
